-there is no urgent need to acquire the agricultural land in the NENT by paying $40b.
-there are evidence showing that the housing price increase is not due to insufficent housing supply, but negative interest rate.
-agricultural land in HK is decreasing to a critical situation, further decrease may do harm to the HK development icon:
